State Line Tack offers four shipping options for delivery in the 48 contiguous states:

UPS Ground is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada.

USPS/Economy shipping is required or delivery to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Expedited shipping (2nd Day and Overnight) is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada.

For orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, & the Virgin Islands, you order will be shipped via the post office.

In addition to the respective UPS Ground rate:

• An added fee of $15 will be added on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
• An added fee of $19 ($15.00 + $4.00 brokerage fee) will be added on shipments to Canada.

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Expedited orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Next Day air packages arrive by end of day on the first full business day after shipment, and 2nd Day air packages arrive the second full business day after shipment. Shipments for orders placed online are delivered Monday through Friday only. We do offer UPS Saturday delivery where available. To place an order for Saturday delivery, get rate or location availability, please call our customer experience team at 1-800-228-9208. In most cases, when using UPS Ground service, you should receive your products within 4-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer.

• Additional shipping surcharges for heavy or oversized items may apply.
• Hazardous material (HAZMAT), aerosol, and other regulated products can only be shipped by Value Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S., where permitted.
• No products on the Web site are offered for sale or shipped where prohibited by state law.
• Shipping surcharges on select items will be collected as noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping cart.
• Please note that select products on our site ship via UPS Ground only and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Canada.

Additional Charges: 

• Oversized items require an additional shipping charge of $6 per item.
• Heavyweight charges may apply.
• Saddles require an additional shipping charge of $8 per saddle.
• For non-contiguous U.S. orders--orders that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam--we require a shipping surcharge of $15.00 per order.
• Orders that are shipped to Canada require a shipping surcharge of $15.00 plus a $4 packing and handling brokerage fee per order.

Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders can also be placed by calling our customer service associates at 1-570-384-5555. Our associates will be able to assist you with your order and advise you on Canadian shipping rates and delivery times.

United States Sales Tax:
State Line Tack, a division of PetsUnited, LLC. is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to PA & MO.

The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact the customer service center and provide them with the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting our customer service associates at 1-800-228-9208 or 1-570-384-5555 before entering your order will help to avoid billing adjustments.

Canadian Sales Tax:
A service fee will be added to all orders shipped to Canada to cover the cost of export taxes.

Returns:

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or UPS. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery.We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.

Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item**. Notify us immediately at 1-800-228-9208 or 1-570-384-5555 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. **Please note: The carrier may return to do an inspection of the item.
